Velvet Inks Hot & Cold is a deliberately split palette of warm and cool colors designed to give painters precise control over color temperature and contrast. Each ink is semi-transparent, highly concentrated, and finished with a smooth satin sheen—ideal for glazing, filtering, and layered color transitions that remain vibrant and intentional.
