Price Match Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you find the same product offered at a lower final price by a verified retailer, we’re happy to review a price match request.

What We’ll Match

We will price match the final price (item price plus shipping, excluding tax) when all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is identical (same brand, model, size, and version)

• The item is new and currently in stock

• The seller is a verified, established retailer

• The price is publicly listed and available to all customers

• The retailer ships to the same destination

What We Don’t Match

To keep this fair for everyone, we do not price match:

• Marketplaces or third-party sellers (eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Etsy, etc.)

• Private sellers, social media sales, forums, or Discord groups

• Clearance, liquidation, damaged, used, or open-box items

• Limited-time promotions, volume-based pricing, flash sales, coupon codes, or member-only pricing

• Pricing errors or expired listings

• International retailers with materially different shipping, duties, or taxes

How to Request a Price Match

Please contact us at retail@verkosvault.com before placing your order with:

• A direct link to the competitor’s product page

• Confirmation that the item is in stock

• The total price including shipping

Once verified, we’ll match the price via discount code, store credit, or price update.

Additional Notes

• Price matching is offered at our discretion and may be limited per product or customer.

• We reserve the right to update or decline price match requests that do not meet the criteria above.
