  • Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed within the next 2-3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Where possible, we offer economy and standard shipping options.
  • Local pickup is available at our Las Vegas store:

Domestic Shipping

  • Economy delivery: typically 3–9 business days after processing.
  • Standard delivery: typically 1–6 business days after processing.

International Shipping

  • Transit times vary by country (usually 7–21 business days).
  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • Some items (e.g., aerosol sprays or hazardous materials) may not be eligible for international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.
  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist where possible.
