Refund policy

We want you to love what you purchase from Verko’s Vault! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.


Retail & Online Store Purchases

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Opened paints, brushes, tools, and consumables are not eligible for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards

    • Clearance items

    • Event tickets and workshop registrations (see below)

  • Process: To start a return, contact us at retail@verkosvault.com with your order number.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Return Shipping: Free return shipping is provided at our discretion. In cases of excessive or unusual return activity, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from customers exhibiting excessive or unusual return activity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return costs and send you a replacement or refund.


Workshops & Events

  • Cancellations by You: Event and workshop registrations are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 14 days in advance, we may be able to transfer your spot to another person or credit toward a future workshop (at our discretion).

  • Cancellations by Us: If we cancel or reschedule, you may choose a refund or transfer to a future event.
