Erik Swinson Erik Swinson is a professional miniature painter and instructor based in Virginia Beach, USA. One of the most decorated artists in this space, his competition record includes Best of Show at Monte San Savino and Best of Show Fantasy at World Model Expo Versailles 2025, as well as numerous accolades in Masters painting across major shows. He currently serves as a judge at many of the most prestigious international competitions. He is also the author of The Art of Erik Swinson, and is widely recognized for his mastery of light and shadow.

- What to Bring: Your preferred brushes and paints. Everything else is provided, including classroom paints, palettes, and lighting. Our retail store is on-site and stocked with brushes, paints, and supplies in case you need anything on the day.
- Parking: Available on-site
- Museum Preview: All workshop attendees will receive an exclusive preview tour of Verko's Vault Museum before we open to the public later this year.
- Age Requirement: This workshop is open to adults and responsible teenagers.
