Captain Ahab of Moby Dick (Melville, 1851) — the obsession-driven captain who sacrifices everything in pursuit of the white whale that took his leg. This 1/12 bust depicts Ahab in a classic sailor coat and Quaker-style hat, harpoon in hand, staring defiantly at the horizon — a universal symbol of the consuming cost of vengeance.
